功能:海洋在线监测浮标水质、收集、通讯、处理于一体的高度集成化、模块化的系统,实现连续、实时在线监测的能力。
科勘海洋在线监测浮标主要由浮标体及锚系、供电系统、数据采集控制系统、安全预警系统、数据传输系统、水质监测传感器等组成。
1、浮标体及锚系
(1)浮标标体:呈扁圆柱型,总高不小于1.5m,直径不小于1米;
(2)浮标体材质:进口聚乙烯(HDPE);
(3)浮标体储备浮力大于140KG;
(4)主体材质:标体材质材质密度大于0.941g/cm3,整体抗腐蚀、耐碰撞、寿命长、不易附着生物;
(5)浮标采用单点锚泊系留的方式,锚链采用全锚链钢材质,锚钩重量不小于45KG;
(6)浮标体支架和传感器安装套筒为316L不锈钢材质
2、供电系统
系统应采用太阳能和蓄电池组合的供电方式,保证系统在无光照情况下正常运行至少48小时。
3、数据采集控制系统
(1)数据采集控制系统作为海洋监测浮标中枢控制系统,实现数据采集、分析、处理,以及系统控制的功能,实现监测浮标自动化运行;
(2)控制整套系统,可对各传感器分别进行参数设置,接口应有冗余,为后期扩展设计提供接口,传感器电极有效工作周期不小于5个月;
▲(3)数据采集系统:支持多种模型计算,兼容北斗/5G数传同时,兼容Mesh网络。采用64路可编程输入输出各自独立的9个通道,误差<0.01%。带测频、PWM和编码器。
4、安全预警系统
(1)满足设备舱内环境状态监测和浮标AIS避碰自动识别,为设备仪器安全提供稳定可靠环境。
(2)具备开舱进水报警、位移报警、超时报警。
(3)预警系统应对海洋监测浮标位置和状态信息进行实时监测,保证浮标位置状态满足安全运行要求,监测数据实时上传监测中心平台;
(4)需满足实时监测浮标的经纬度信息,浮标动态移位超出设定区域自动推送报警信息,防止监测浮标丢失、移位等问题发生;
5、数据传输系统
(1)海洋在线监测浮标系统配备北斗通讯。
★(2)数据兼容性要求:应满足采购人组网系统对浮标采集要素数据的集成接入与应用要求;并满足Mesh网络的多跳兼容接入要求。支持MODBUS和SL651通信协议,可接入海洋装备智慧组网系统,并须在数据类型等项目上有可扩展性以集成其他数据,须在投标文件中提供对接测试报告复印件并加盖供应商公章。
★(3)自带水质传感“仪表云”,通过传感内置通信模组,将传感工作情况上云,借助APP和WEB端,对设备的运行进行监控及预警,便于运维快捷。
▲(3)网络安全等级保护:提供的智能装备大数据服务平台需通过信息安全等级保护测评,需提供具有第三方信息安全测评机构出具的二级及以上等保测评报告复印件并加盖公章(该测评机构须在国家网络安全等级保护工作协调小组办公室推荐测评机构名单中)。
6、监测仪器
海洋在线监测浮标主要集成多参数水质分析仪传感器,实现监测点的温度、pH、溶解氧、ORP、电导率、浊度数据的采集。

The online monitoring buoy of Kekan Marine mainly consists of buoy body and anchor system, power supply system, data acquisition and control system, safety warning system, data transmission system, water quality monitoring sensor, etc.
1. Buoy body and anchor system
(1) Buoy body: in a flat cylindrical shape, with a total height of no less than 1.5m and a diameter of no less than 1 meter;
(2) Material of buoy body: imported polyethylene (HDPE);
(3) The reserve buoyancy of the buoy body is greater than 140KG;
(4) Main material: The density of the standard material is greater than 0.941g/cm3, which is corrosion-resistant, collision resistant, has a long service life, and is not easy to attach organisms;
(5) The buoy adopts a single anchor mooring method, and the anchor chain is made of full anchor chain steel material. The weight of the anchor hook is not less than 45KG;
(6) The buoy body bracket and sensor installation sleeve are made of 316L stainless steel material
2. Power supply system
The system should adopt a combination of solar energy and battery power supply to ensure normal operation of the system for at least 48 hours under no light conditions.
3. Data acquisition and control system
(1) The data collection and control system, as the central control system of ocean monitoring buoys, realizes the functions of data collection, analysis, processing, and system control, and realizes the automated operation of monitoring buoys;
(2) Control the entire system and set parameters for each sensor separately. The interface should be redundant to provide interfaces for later expansion design. The effective working cycle of the sensor electrodes should not be less than 5 months;
▲ (3) Data acquisition system: Supports multiple model calculations, compatible with BeiDou/5G data transmission, and compatible with Mesh network. Using 64 programmable input/output channels with 9 independent channels, the error is less than 0.01%. With frequency measurement PWM and encoder.
4. Security warning system
(1) Satisfy the monitoring of the environmental status inside the equipment cabin and the automatic identification of buoy AIS collision avoidance, providing a stable and reliable environment for the safety of equipment and instruments.
(2) Equipped with cabin opening water ingress alarm, displacement alarm, and timeout alarm.
(3) The early warning system should monitor the position and status information of ocean monitoring buoys in real time, ensuring that the buoy's position and status meet the requirements of safe operation. The monitoring data should be uploaded to the monitoring center platform in real time;
(4) It is necessary to meet the real-time monitoring of the longitude and latitude information of the buoy, and the dynamic displacement of the buoy beyond the set area will automatically push alarm information to prevent the loss and displacement of the monitoring buoy from occurring;
5. Data transmission system
(1) The ocean online monitoring buoy system is equipped with Beidou communication.
★ (2) Data compatibility requirements: It should meet the integration, access, and application requirements of the purchaser's networking system for buoy collection element data; And meet the multi hop compatible access requirements of the Mesh network. Supports MODBUS and SL651 communication protocols, can access the intelligent networking system of marine equipment, and must have scalability in data types and other projects to integrate other data. A copy of the docking test report must be provided in the bidding documents and stamped with the supplier's official seal.
★ (3) Equipped with a water quality sensing "instrument cloud", the sensing work is uploaded to the cloud through a built-in communication module. With the help of APP and WEB, the operation of the equipment is monitored and early warning, making it convenient for quick operation and maintenance.
▲ (3) Network security level protection: The intelligent equipment big data service platform provided must pass the information security level protection evaluation, and a copy of the second level or higher level security evaluation report issued by a third-party information security evaluation agency with an official seal must be provided (the evaluation agency must be listed in the recommended evaluation agency list of the National Network Security Level Protection Coordination Group Office).
