Shipping & Handling Policy

1) Handling Time: We ship packages in 1 business day after receiving payment. However larger items and quantity orders take more time to pack.

2- Shipping Method: Our standard carrier is UPS for all domestic and international orders. However we may prefer to ship items through other carriers at our own discretion.

3) Shipping Charges: A flat shipping and handling rate is quoted for US, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico destinations. Other international buyers should ask for a shipping quote before bidding. We don't ship on buyer's account and buyer must pay actual shipping and handling to the desired destination as quoted. We don't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and Military Bases. A physical address is required from all buyers.

4) Combined Shipment: Combined shipment is accepted if the items are small and can be combined. Buyer should contact us to know about restrictions if combine shipment is your concern.

5) Rush Delivery: Due to high volume of shipping and other restrictions, any request for faster shipping and delivery must be received before bidding on any item.

6) Pickup: Is not available for all items unless it is mentioned in the description area. A handling fee will be applied for any local pickup and we only accept Cash or Cashier's check for pickup orders. Customer should contact us in advance to schedule for a pickup.

Return Policy

You Can Contact For Return Authorization (RMA) if the item is defective

1) If you see 30 Days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page: If the used item that you have received is defective, you should contact us within 5 days after delivery of the merchandise and report the problem to us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A close-up picture and a detailed report of the problem will be required for issuing an RMA number in some cases. The RMA number will be valid for 10 days only and the merchandise must be returned within the 30 days warranty period. We will replace the defective item for you if a replacement is available. If the replacement is not available a PayPal refund (including original shipping) will be issued or we may choose to send a company check in some cases.

2) No Return For New Items: No Return or Refund is accepted for New items and Software Packages

Note: Calibration Issues, Software codes, Passwords, Licenses, BIOS upgrades or any software issues, batteries and any perishable items are not covered by our DOA warranty as we are selling hardware only.

• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers.

• Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.

• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is a mistake from our side.

• If the merchandise is not received while we have provided a tracking number, please contact us to file a claim with the carrier.

3) Cancellation & Wrong Bids: If you change your mind for any reasons like wrong bids, emergency cases, incompatibility etc., you will be required to pay a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of listing, labor and devaluation of the item. Also a courtesy positive feedback should be left before we cancel the auction.

4) Freight Damages: If the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and the box is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us so that we can file a claim with carrier and request them to inspect the package.

Note: A refund will be available as soon as the carrier accepts to cover the damages.
