We maintain an inventory of over $5.2 million of MRO electrical, HVAC, boiler/burner controls, and process instrumentation.  There is no part too small.  If you are in need of something regarding heaters, boilers or air-conditioning, SPARE PARTS such as Honeywell charts & thermocouples, Fireye tubes, Foxboro inks & pens, Allen-Bradley relays, Pneumatic HVAC tubing & fittings, Bussman fuses, plus thousands of other parts are readily available directly from our in-depth inventory.  As you may gather, our inventory is too large to post all in our store, but we are adding items weekly if you need something not in our Ebay store please feel free to contact us and we will create a listing for it the same day.

Our Hours Of Operation

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm EST and ship only during these times.  Please keep this in consideration when purchasing our products.  We will respond to questions and auctions won as soon as possible.  All Items will ship within 3 business days.  In most cases the item(s) will ship same day.

Shipping

UPS is our preferred method of shipment for domestic destinations, for international shipments we prefer to use FedEx, they are cheaper than UPS.  If you have a UPS or FedEx account that you would rather bill to please let us know.

If we determine that the item must be returned, the item must be in the original, undamaged box and we will try to fix it.  If we cannot fix the item, we will offer an exchange.  Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  Please email us for specific details about returns.

We ship world-wide.  Customer is responsible for all un-expected duties, tax, customs, VAT charges.

Surplus:

Surplus items are surplus and are not represented by any manufacture. No manufacture warranty or any warranty is expressed or implied.  Items are sold as is.  If there is a problem with a surplus item, please email us and we will work with you to get the problem resolved. Photos representing these items may not be the exact item that you are purchasing if more than one item is being sold. We guarantee that all items will be in the condition stated above upon receipt. We also offer a non Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee. Surplus items that we obtain are in working condition as to the best of our knowledge; please understand that we cannot test all electrical and mechanical items.  If an item does not work, contact us first before returning.  We have a repair facility on site with experienced technicians that can help with installations or answer questions. 

Factory New:

  All products that are noted as factory new are warranted only by the manufactures warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.  All Names, Logos, Description & other related information are trademarks of their respected companies.  If an item fails or does not function properly, contact us for shipping details for return.  The customer is responsible for the shipping to be returned to us.  All items must be shipped with the undamaged original factory box.  All items are always shipped to you double boxed and we expect that they are returned to us this way.  Upon receiving of the item in question we will inspect it for damages and asses it to be repaired or exchanged.  In rare circumstances we will refund the purchase price.

Items that are Factory New are stocked items in our warehouse.  Quantities may change without notice.  If an item becomes out of stock, they will be back-ordered.  Items that will not be back in stock the customer will be notified as soon as possible for refund or an equivalent item.  In most cases there are cross-reference items that we will try to find.

Rebuilt:

Rebuilt units depending which model is purchased, are disassembled, repaired and known to go bad components are replaced, contacts cleaned, bodies repaired and painted if needed.  Each circuit board is then resoldered by hand to strengthen the solder joints to extend the life of the unit.  Then the product is Quality Control tested by our experienced technicians.  Please understand that these units are from damaged older units and may still have slight imperfections even after being rebuilt.  Each of our rebuilt units have a 2 year warranty.
