Shipping Terms

Since we do not yet have a retail store local pickups are not possible, regardless of any situation. Also there may be times that we may ran out of stock locally in turn we may not be quick enough to take the product out from the eBay store prior your purchase. So if you need any product in within a time limit please contact us before placing your order. However usually even if we are out of stock we usually get the product back in stock within 3-5 business days.

All shipments will be automatically processed after receiving full and cleared payment. Our usual handling time is 1~3 business days, please contact us if you need Express shipping. (Express shipping may require additional shipping cost)

Please note, purchase made on Friday after 2 PM will be shipped on Monday morning.

Return Policy

Computer Valley covers in full for items dead on arrival or any sort of damages that occurred in our warehouse or whilst the package is being shipped. If you believe the item is not working properly then we will provide you with a free exchange of the same product according to our customer satisfaction policy.

But if you would like to return the product for any other reasons besides the ones stated above then we reserve the rights to decline or accept the return. If we do accept the return, we will be issue a RMA to return the product at your own cost. If the product is unopened with all accessories we will give a full refund excluding the shipping cost. Opened product might be subject to a restocking fees of 10% since we have to sell that product as opened box product.

Special note: All return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
